People think that the Mayans thought that the world is going to end on December 21st, 2012. I think it's that date, anyway. The Mayans did actually not believe that the world is going end then. I can't remember off hand what it is they believed, and I'm too lazy to look it up, but it's something cyclical.
Of course, fucktards in the general population all think that the world IS going to end on December 21st, 2012. Therefore, I bet that for most of 2011 and 2012, it's going to be a constant stream of nonsense and fearmongering from the same kind of retards who think that the alignment of stars on the day you were born has any kind of meaning whatsoever.

By December 21st, 2012, I will have collected a large list of people who have ever told me they think the world will end on that date. And on December 22nd, 2012, I will personally get in contact with every single one of them and I will call them retarded.
