Guitar Hero: Metallica comes out in March I guess with these songs:

All Nightmare Long
Battery
Creeping Death
Disposable Heroes
Dyers Eve
Enter Sandman
Fade To Black
Fight Fire With Fire
For Whom The Bell Tolls
Frantic
Fuel
Hit The Lights
King Nothing
Master of Puppets
Mercyful Fate (Medley)
No Leaf Clover
Nothing Else Matters
One
Orion
Sad But True
Seek And Destroy
The Memory Remains
The Shortest Straw
The Thing That Should Not Be
The Unforgiven
Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
Wherever I May Roam
Whiplash

Other Artists

Alice In Chains - No Excuses
Bob Seger - Turn The Page
Corrosion of Conformity - Albatross
Diamond Head - Am I Evil?
Foo Fighters - Stacked Actors
Judas Priest - Hell Bent For Leather
Kyuss - Demon Cleaner
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesdays Gone
Machine Head - Beautiful Mourning
Mastodon - Blood And Thunder
Mercyful Fate - Evil
Michael Schenker Group - Armed and Ready
Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Queen - Stone Cold Crazy
Samhain - Mother of Mercy
Slayer - War Ensemble
Social Distortion - Mommy's Little Monster
Suicidal Tendencies - War Inside My Head
System of a Down - Toxicity
The Sword - Black River
Thin Lizzy - The Boys Are Back in Town

Pretty good list, except fail for not having the RB song pack, i.e Blackened, ...And Justice for All, and Ride the Lightning. I'd also like Damage Inc. It also has Expert+ mode where you can use a 2nd drum pedal.

world tour charted drums semi decent. their guitar charting is still beyond awful though. i might gamefly it but probably not.

I downloaded the demo. Played the drums. They're pretty fun. I'll probably buy this game. I really need a new guitar though.

I pre-ordered this game from the RedOctane website with a guitar (mine broke awhile back). It's the World Tour guitar instead of the Les Paul, but I like that one too. Soon I won't be stuck on drums anymore!

Brian got it. I went over to his house and played a couple songs. His guitar was fucked up, but then Seth brought his over and it was pretty cool. Master of Puppets was fun as HELL. As was Welcome Home (Sanitarium). Didn't get to play much else cause Brian was hogging it and I was talking to other people too. Hopefully it'll arrive pretty soon.

I got this game Wednesday but I still haven't played it. I rented World Tour and I've been playing it since I only have it for a limited time. It's not as bad as I remember it being when I first played it, but it's still the worst GH game.

this game is an improvement, but as i play it, i realize i don't like many metallica songs.

presentation - good, i'd be digging it if it was a band i actually cared about.
charting - seems good
streak indicator/hud - still atrocious. i need to know when i break streak.
star power activation - still needlessly awkward on drums. rock band has kind of a weird system, but gh's is still crap. on an instrument that's all about rhythm, getting out of that rhythm to activate star power is unaccepatable. regardless of whatever accomodations they try to make for it.

5/10
