honestly Not alot hahaha because im not bulking up lmao..
its just a good exercise because it works alot of diffrent muscles...
i think you should do a lower weight .. then you can do more reps since umm.. doing 1 rep at 275 etc... can injure you.. but w.e im just a stupid chick.
