Ocarina of Time Prototype Cartridge can be yours for only $100k

For a somewhat ridiculous sum, you can own this ultra rare debug cartridge of Ocarina of Time. The guy who posted this on eBay seems to sell a lot of collector items like this, and has a perfect reputation, but I still have to wonder how legit this item is. Also has something to do with the bonus disk for the GameCube OoT release, so how buggy could it really be?

Would be a great collector's item if real, but for $100K?! I'll stick with my GameShark for debugging OoT.
