I couldn't really think of a title for this thread, as I'm at work and don't really have time to think stuff out for here. But I noticed out site is linked on the main halo page links or whatever that one site is. Near the top too.

I was thinking of including an email system so people could sign up and have an @unscforce.com email. I don't know how many of you would want one.

I would like to make a chat again, and this time try to keep it permanent. I realize it's a lot of effort to go into chats, but usually the best time on this site has been in chats room we go too. And chat stats are just plain FUN. So I'll see about setting one up, and maybe making a set time for one, although with my daily schedule that would be hard to guarantee I could always be there.

Almost got caught typing this just now lolzz... anyways!

I would like more things to do around here, forums or stuff like that. Features I can add, including the two I just mentioned are part of that. Obviously I don't expect there to always be new posts, so I would like to give more incentive for people to come even when no new posts, and in turn I think this would help with getting guests to register if they have other stuff they can do here. Arcade, Graffiti Board, Journals, etc. are all part of that.

If anyone has any ideas, that would be great to hear. I'm always looking to do more stuff with the site. At the (repeatedly) request of Logan, I'll probably be making a staff page which I'm guessing will be leaning more towards jokes than an actual biography.

staff forum is a must, and you should probably mass move ALOT of topics into it (wut thread, pvp, other ones with rampant racism).

i'd take a unscf email address if it didnt have to match your handle.

Yep, I agree with a lot of suggestions so far. Here's what I like that's been thrown out:

- IRC chat. Those were awesome back in the day. I like the idea of scheduled chats, but that shouldn't be the only time that people go to the chatroom. I think the problem that we had was one of us would go to the room and no one else was there, so they would leave and no one could get on at the same time.

- Staff page. That would be pretty cool.

- Email. I would definitely take one of those.

- Mass move of topics. One that's been brought up many times before. If this site is at the top of the Halo links page then it makes sense that people come on here and read what we're posting. Move all the racist posts to a protected forum and we might see some boost in activity.

- And my own suggestion, in the same vein as the above idea: The protected forum should be one that of course all of us here now could see, since I guess we're all "comfortable" with it, or at least understand that it isn't serious. But make it so that once a new member has been here for so long, they can see it too.

Man no tellin how many people will see it once halo3 comes out. Problem is those people that will see it are dumbasses who try to give you feedback cause you're better than them. So then they join and spam our forums.

I can't think of any other ideas. We were on the cusp of something with the affiliation a while back and the IRC chat, but the guys were pansies so we offended them. Lol.

Didn't we almost have some members when Ultima set up the dedicated CS server and we had a CS clan?
