Lisa, the Employee ID (or HRD ID) is normally entered by the QA department, as the IT Helpdesk does not have access to these IDs. I suggest that you contact the QA department to have this corrected. Alternatively, if you can provide the correct HRD IDs for the agents listed, I would be more then happy to update Wygant myself.
