3DS & Your Eyes

The 3DS felt kinda weird at first but after using it for a few days, it feels natural.

My girlfriend however says she can't look at the screen because it gives her a headache.

I think it would probably give me a headache too.


I can't even play Halo in 2D because all that weird motion gives me a headache.

I'm actually really worried about how the 3DS would effect my eyes. I have an eye condition that gets progressively worse which will most likely require eyes surgery sometime soon (not LASIK but real cut your eye open and poke around type surgery), so I'm pretty apprehensive to go near a 3DS.

But anyway, I got to try out the 3DS yesterday, and confirmed that it does work with my glasses on. So once piracy takes hold, I'll be buying one!

To be honest it does do a number on your eyes but I've found that it only affects your eyes if you play it for like... hours straight.

But given the way the 3D works on the 3DS, it will affect some people more than others. There are some with a condition that cannot process 3D well and actually get sick/headaches. Its actually the same with 3D movies.

Great! It's really a shame they're so underrated. :< They're great games! A bit easy, I guess (except Mother 1, holy shit) but they're so good. :c
