It seems like someone spilled the beans on linkd in......Doesn't anyone know how to keep things quiet anymore?

Quoted from XBOX360Achievements.com

People really need to be more careful when it comes to listing their achievements on a CV. A year as a gigolo has been removed from my CV, but a LinkedIn CV for an employee at Halon Entertainment - the company behind the Halo: Reach 'deliver Hope' trailer - lists the cinematics for Alan Wake 2 as a previous project, pretty much confirming that a sequel could be in the works.

Althea Suarez Gata was apparently the Previs Artist on some Alan Wake 2 in-game cinematics according to the CV, which is a very strong indication that there is indeed a sequel in existence. A recent job listing for a Senior Level Designer position at Remedy calling for someone to join its "AAA console team" offered hints that Alan Wake 2 could be on the cards, but this latest clue offers even more compelling evidence.

If you've finished Alan Wake and its two accompanying DLC chapters, you'll know that a sequel could easily build upon what's gone before, so here's hoping we hear more from Mr. Wake sooner rather than later.

Not that I am complaining.....I am excited to know a sequel is under development. Phenomenal story and atmosphere. Though I thought the original ending was strong enough to stand on its own while the 2 DLC episodes didn't do the original story justice and stand up as worthy extensions.

Great. I liked that first game a lot. Maybe they hired someone else to write the ending for the second game.

Which ending are you talking about? Main game or DLC? I thought the main game ending was phenomenal!!

Ah I hated the ending. I just felt like if the game was supposed to be about the story and all, they could've done a LOOOOOT better job wrapping it up at the end.

I was loving the whole game and then that time came around and I just kinda sat here like this as the credits rolled.

Hmm....I had the exact opposite reaction thinking the ending perfectly suited the story. Seemed very Stephen King'esque just like the rest of the king/twin peaks story was.

I just thought him sacrificing himself to the darkness to save his wife and attempt to wrangle enough control of himself to write an end to the darkness was perfect. The whole story was about him struggling with overcoming the darkness and in the end he sacrificed himself in attempts to end it....something Zane could not do.

You should, its well worth it. It has actually become by #1 game of all time due to its story and atmosphere (but then again I am a big Stephen King fan as well). The game is broken into chapters and I HAD to finish a chapter when I started one. That meant ~4 hrs of straight play so I could finish the chapter. No other game had the same effect on me.

On amazon you can actually get the game for $18.99 as a retail disc or for $13.94 for a digital download code.

Yeah I really loved that first game. I'd like to play the second one. It's very underrated it seems like.

Good. The game deserves a sequel. I still need to play the DLC!
