I don't have an abundance of loose papers, so a paperweight isn't on my "Want" list right now.
 
I bet you'll be singing a different tune when Mega Man Legends 3 comes out.
 
Exactly, which is why I have no interest in this thing right now, the launch window stuff isn't that exciting. Tis a paperweight.
 
I had one on order thru Amazon, then canceled it. Only because I'm not sold on the launch lineup. As with almost any console launch, 1st gen games are gimmicky at best (unless you are talking inhouse Mario and Zelda titles). I do see the potential, and will grab one maybe holiday time when 2nd gen titles start to roll out. I miss my old DS, and been putting off replacing it for so long, only 'cause Nintendo keeps pushing out new hardware like Apple pumps out new iCrap every year.

I'll have to wait and try one out in store before I will even think about buying one. I've watched a couple 3D movies, and the effects just don't seem to work for me. I think it is because my eyesight is pretty shitty, and each eye has a different prescription, but I've never really researched it so I'm not sure. But if the 3DS's 3D effects don't work for me, would it really be worth getting?

Man I have an iphone and I think there ain't no way I could play any serious games like Street Fighter 4, or any kind of platforming on that thing. No buttons sucks.
 
I got my 3ds today! It's pretty nifty, feels heavier than a ds and better made, although the top hinge feels a little wobbly, but not very much.

The 3d part takes some time to get used too, the first time it showed it to me, it freaked my eyes out.
 
iPhone gaming is quite simply terrible.
