mega man 2 clearly has the best soundtrack.

metal gear as a whole has some cool music.

any nintendo franchise has memorable themes.

Elder Scrolls games, JSRF, Bioshock was cool, Shenmue, I liked the Kingdom Hearts 1 theme, and GTA are a few of my favorites.
