I'm as introverted and shy as they come, but you gotta figure out a way to break out of your shell, even if its just for 20 minutes or so for the interview.

Yeah, I did it.
Basically we just went over my credentials and what the job wanted, which I didn't have fully but neither did the other applicants. He said there were 2 other applicants I believe.
It's a management position and is salaried. And might also be somewhere else entirely.
So he's got to talk to the head of the IT department, which may be a few weeks, and ask him what he thinks, then he'll let me know.
