Kinect - Impressions?

But since I really have no interest in the casual games, if this thing will never serve as anything meaningful for the types of games I play, then I'd never think about spending anywhere near 150 dollars for it.

yeah but who has one?

Since you need one to see other's people videos, and since this is going to be way more prevalent than the Xbox Vision Camera, then I say that problem is just going to rise.

I hope it's not 150, that's a little overpriced imo.
 
So this did end up being $150 when it releases in November. Are you guys going to pick it up? All the reviews and stuff from people who have gotten to test it whether in the beta test, or at demos, say its a lot of fun.

I'm sure I'm going to pick it up if not just for curiosity sake.
 
Maybe eventually, but not until there are more interesting games / uses for it.
