I watched this movie the other week. I can honestly say its in my top 5 worst movies ever. The acting is abysmal and the story is a joke. Hell, the whole draw of this movie was supposed to be its GORE. I've seen more gory stuff on television. Shamalayayan or whatever is a horrible director. Sure, The Sixth Sense was good, but all of his other movies are incredibly shitty.

Godawful! The only good part was when the guy got the lions to bite his arms off
 
I could go on a rant, but this movie fucking sucked.

It was kinda cool seeing a lion rip someone's shit apart, people jumping off buildings, and some dude jumping in front of a lawnmower. But still...plants? What the hell is this shit? Terrible movie by a terrible director.

Mark Wahlberg is pretty cool though.

I've always thought Shyamalan's movies were at the least, entertaining, if not good. I know I'm in the minority, but I thought Unbreakable was good and Signs and The Village were ok. Lady in the Water was weird. I probably wouldn't watch it again.

As far as this movie went, it wasn't very good, but I didn't regret seeing it.
 
Signs was ok until the end where it turns out that water kills the aliens. I liked Unbreakable too.

But the Happening was the worst $9 I ever spent.
