We make all the world's greatest scientists, mathematicians, etc etc pair off and have brilliant babies. Then, we force everybody in the world to take a comprehensive intelligence test. Anybody who scores below a certain point is shot on site.

We can also just nuke a bunch of places like: trailer parks, the state of alabama, and most of africa.

In time, the human race will be a race of super geniuses.
 
Man then you'd have to nuke Easley because of people like Andrew and Chris.

Not a bad idea except that awesome people like me would get pwned.
