Yeah, but I think it upscales them in a weird way or something.
 
It doesn't upscale unless you press select when you start the game or something. Otherwise it runs at normal area size, so it will have black bars around the top screen. Not sure if I got that backwards or not.
 
3DS = Nintendo games
Vita = uhhh, port of Uncharted that'll be inferior in every way?

Sony doesn't know how to portable.
