It's different now. Main page- you type what you want in the white box instead of clicking a shotbox link. It only shows 1 message at a time but you can view the archives.

Edit: About the Petz, are the items in the itemshop permanent or just for a fight?

Oh yeah, the money used for triple triad is also the same money used for Petz. Money is gained from posting threads, replying, referring people. gambling and random findings.
