I didn't make an original prediction! But let me think, back in 2008 I probably would have predicted this as my 2018 self:

  • graduated Purdue University
  • used my degree to get a career
  • stock tycoon; rapidly approaching millionaire status
  • renting an apartment/house with a friend or two as roommates
  • in the greatest shape of my life

BUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!?

  • did NOT graduate college
  • Geek Squad Manager at Best Buy
  • I am invested in the stock market, but not a tycoon, and not a millionaire
  • I bought a house instead! No roommate either. But my girlfriend is going to move in with me, so sort of.
  • I am...not in great shape, lol. But I recently cut soda completely, and currently in the process of starting a healthier eating trend.
