I think ZombiU is pretty good as a showcase of why the Wii U is unique, but it's one of those you either love it or hate it games. I loved Assassin's Creed 3, but that was mostly because of it's setting. I found the gameplay better than past installments though. Rayman Legends is also really good. I haven't played the rest, so I can't comment on those.

I'm thinking of picking up AC4 and Rayman Legends. I played AC4 a bit on PC and loved the piracy part.
